City Service sold its security solutions operations
Superia acted as the sole financial adviser to City Service SE, one of the largest property management, maintenance and integrated municipal services groups in the region, in the sale of 100% shareholding in the group’s subsidiaries active in security solutions, video surveillance and manned guarding sectors.
The transaction included group companies Mano sauga LT, Mano Būsto sauga, Algos saugos tarnyba, Acta iuventus and Vaizdo stebėjimo sprendimai.
