Sale of Karalienės Mortos mokykla and Vaikystės sodas to Globeducate
We are pleased to announce that Superia acted as the sole financial adviser to the
selling shareholder on the sale of 100% of the shares in Karalienės Mortos mokykla and
Vaikystės sodas, Lithuania’s leading private school and early childhood education
networks, to Globeducate.
Founded by Dr. Austėja Landsbergienė, the two networks provide a continuous
educational journey from early childhood through to secondary education. Established
in 2010, Vaikystės sodas operates 11 kindergartens across Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda
and Panevėžys, with more than 730 children enrolled. Established in 2013, Karalienės
Mortos mokykla is a private K-12 school network with three campuses – two in Vilnius
and one in Kaunas – educating more than 1,020 pupils. In 2026, Karalienės Mortos
mokykla became the first and only International Baccalaureate Continuum School in
Lithuania, authorised to offer the Primary Years, Middle Years and Diploma
programmes.
Globeducate is a leading international education group comprising more than 65
schools and early childhood education institutions, educating over 40,000 children and
students across 12 countries. The transaction marks Globeducate’s entry into
Lithuania, providing the two networks with access to international educational
expertise, student exchanges and professional development opportunities while
preserving their Lithuanian identity and educational philosophy.
